In 2010, Enrique made a strategic move to Raleigh, NC, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s history. The decision to establish roots in Raleigh was a testament to the city’s growth and opportunities. Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, Larissa reports directly to the company’s owners, Enrique Rodas and Steve Lineberry. She joined Rodas Construction LLC in 2015 and has since been the driving force behind its day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of critical tasks, including administration oversight. Larissa is responsible for overseeing the company’s administrative functions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the office. She manages the production division, which involves handling office payroll, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring financial operations are efficient and accurate. Larissa is the mastermind behind scheduling installation jobs and managing crews’ schedules, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction. She also takes charge of the office staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Larissa serves as a liaison between Rodas Construction LLC and its Commercial, Wholesale, and Retail Partners. She excels in coordinating installations with customers and crews, guaranteeing seamless communication and execution.
One of Larissa’s notable assets is her bilingual proficiency, which enables her to bridge communication gaps between staff, crews, and customers when necessary. Beyond her professional commitments, Larissa enjoys traveling with her husband and their cherished parrot, Pacito.

Office Manager

Marketing Director

Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael is devoted to his family. He has been happily married to Melissa for 24 years and is the proud father of two college-aged daughters. His commitment to both his career and family reflects his balanced approach to life.
JOHN ARANGO
Project Manager
John has been an integral part of Rodas Construction LLC in Raleigh, NC, bringing extensive experience to the team. With 15 years of prior experience working with Enrique as a subcontractor, he transitioned to becoming the full-time project manager at Rodas Construction LLC. In this role, he oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring that each job is executed with precision and excellence.

John Mansueto, a native of Michigan, is a dedicated project coordinator at Rodas Construction LLC.
